Welcome to Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (MHMC). We provide free medical care to eligible uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.
Who Is Eligible?
To receive services at MHMC, patients must:
- Be a resident of Hill County, Texas.
- Be uninsured.
- Provide proof of their Hill County address.
All services are provided at no cost to eligible patients, subject to available volunteer healthcare professionals and clinic resources.
Clinic Schedule
Clinic Days: First and third Saturday of each month
Patient Sign-In: Begins at 6:00 a.m.
Patient Registration: First-come, first-served
Location: 120 E. Franklin Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645
Please follow the posted instructions when arriving at the clinic.
What to Bring to Your Visit
Please bring the following to every clinic visit:
- Proof of your Hill County address.
- All medications you are currently taking, including prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Bringing your medications helps volunteer healthcare professionals review your current treatment and provide appropriate care.
Medical Services
Depending on volunteer staffing and available resources, MHMC may provide:
- General medical evaluations and primary care.
- Assistance with managing chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, and asthma.
- Laboratory testing and diagnostic services.
- Medication assistance and prescription coordination.
- Preventive healthcare and patient education.
Services may vary between clinic sessions.
