Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (MHMC) provides free medical care to eligible uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.

As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, MHMC operates entirely through dedicated volunteers and community support.

Medical Care Available

Depending on volunteer provider availability and clinic resources, medical services may include:

  • General medical evaluations and routine healthcare.
  • Management of chronic conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and asthma.
  • Laboratory testing as ordered by a healthcare provider.
  • Medication assistance and prescription coordination.
  • Preventive care, health education, and follow-up guidance.

Services are based on individual patient needs, provider assessments, and available resources.

Laboratory Services

MHMC provides certain laboratory services when ordered by a volunteer healthcare provider.

Some laboratory specimens are sent to an outside laboratory for processing. Patients will receive follow-up instructions regarding their results and any additional care needed.

Clinic Schedule

Clinic Days: First and third Saturday of each month.
Patient Sign-In: Begins at 6:00 a.m.
Patient Registration: First-come, first-served.
Location: 120 E. Franklin Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645.

What to Bring

Patients should bring:

  • Proof of Hill County residency.
  • All current medications, including prescription and over-the-counter medications.
  • Any relevant medical information that may assist the volunteer healthcare provider.

Cost of Medical Services

Medical services are provided at no cost to eligible patients.

Voluntary donations are welcomed and appreciated but are never required to receive care.

Donations help MHMC maintain medical supplies, laboratory services, equipment, and other essential clinic resources.
