Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (MHMC) provides free medical care to eligible uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.

Who Qualifies for Services?

To receive free medical services at MHMC, patients must meet the following requirements:

  • Hill County Residency: You must live in Hill County, Texas.
  • Uninsured Status: You must not have health insurance coverage.
  • Proof of Address: You must bring documentation showing your Hill County residential address.

What to Bring

Please bring the following to every clinic visit:

  • Proof of your Hill County address.
  • All medications you are currently taking, including prescription and over-the-counter medications.

Bringing your medications helps our volunteer healthcare professionals review your current treatment and provide appropriate care.

Clinic Hours and Registration

Clinic Days: First and third Saturday of each month
Patient Sign-In: Begins at 6:00 a.m.
Registration: Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Location: 120 E. Franklin Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645

Cost of Services

MHMC provides medical care at no cost to eligible patients.

Services depend on the availability of volunteer healthcare professionals, medical supplies, equipment, and clinic resources.
