Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (MHMC) provides free healthcare services to eligible uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas. Our clinic operates entirely through volunteers, with services dependent on available healthcare professionals, equipment, supplies, and resources.

Medical Services

MHMC provides medical care that may include:

  • General medical evaluations and primary care.
  • Management of chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, and asthma.
  • Laboratory testing and diagnostic services.
  • Medication assistance and prescription coordination.
  • Preventive healthcare and patient education.

Medical services are provided according to patient needs and available clinic resources.

Dental Services

Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (MHMC) provides free dental services to eligible uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.

Dental services are offered based on volunteer provider availability and the clinic’s available space.

  • Dentist Available: Dental services are provided by volunteer dentists based on patient needs and available clinic resources.
  • Dentist Not Available: Dental cleanings are offered when a volunteer dentist is not on site.

Due to space limitations, dental cleanings and dentist-provided services are not offered simultaneously.

Dental patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

The types of dental services available may vary between clinic sessions.

Clinic Schedule

Medical Clinic: First and third Saturday of each month.
Patient Sign-In: Begins at 6:00 a.m.
Patient Registration: First-come, first-served.
Location: 120 E. Franklin Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645.

Dental services may follow a different schedule or registration process. Please contact MHMC for current dental availability.

Preparing for Your Visit

Patients seeking medical care should:

  • Be uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.
  • Bring proof of their Hill County address.
  • Bring all medications they are currently taking, including prescription and over-the-counter medications.
  • Follow posted instructions when arriving at the clinic.

Patients seeking dental services should contact MHMC to confirm any additional requirements before visiting.

Cost of Services

MHMC provides medical and dental care at no cost to eligible uninsured Hill County residents.

As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, MHMC relies on volunteers, charitable donations, and community support to sustain its services.

Voluntary donations are welcomed and appreciated but are never required to receive care. All eligible patients receive services regardless of their ability or decision to donate.

Donations help provide medical and dental supplies, laboratory services, equipment, and other essential clinic resources.
