Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic (MHMC) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing free medical care to uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.
Established in January 2015, MHMC originally operated as an outreach ministry of Central Baptist Church of Hillsboro. Since then, the clinic has become an independent nonprofit organization while maintaining its commitment to compassionate healthcare and community service.
MHMC operates entirely through volunteers and relies on the generosity of healthcare professionals, community partners, and donors to provide essential services at no cost to eligible patients.

To improve access to essential healthcare for uninsured Hill County residents through free, compassionate medical services supported by volunteers and community partnerships.
Who We Serve
MHMC provides free medical services to eligible uninsured residents of Hill County, Texas.
Patients must bring proof of their Hill County address and all medications they are currently taking to every clinic visit.
Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, with sign-in beginning at 6:00 a.m.
Our Services
Through the dedication of volunteer healthcare professionals and community supporters, MHMC provides medical services that may include:
- General medical evaluations and primary care
- Management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and asthma
- Laboratory testing and diagnostic services
- Medication assistance and prescription coordination
- Preventive healthcare and patient education
- Additional services based on available volunteer providers and resources
Services are provided based on available medical personnel, equipment, and clinic resources.

MHMC operates through the generosity of volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, laboratory personnel, administrative volunteers, and community partners.
Financial contributions, donated medical supplies, and volunteer services help sustain the clinic and expand access to healthcare for uninsured Hill County residents.
